Since I looked into it, 4DS shares have gone up and IXC has come down - but from memory the gap was pretty big, so I think his exposure to IXC is still bigger than 4DS.

So now he sells shares cause he needs the money - and he sell 4DS, not IXC. It's got my brain ticking over, and I can't nail it. Either, the timing is better to sell 4DS, or the prospects of IXC are so much better than 4DS in David's eyes - or option C, D, E, etc.

Also wondering why he didn't just borrow cheap money from the banks - if he believes in both businesses, surely there is a plan C...

I've been in this stock a while now and holding out for the finish line - and getting more nervous as we get closer - but still holding fast.

The resolutions(five of them) were about Directors taking SHARES in place of wages. Dave needed money for a house, I believe him. It was only 30%(5mill) of his holding(still holding 8mill) and he isn't selling anymore, thats that in a nutshell. I wouldn't let this concern me.
