Future profitability? There has NEVER been a profit!!!! Freeing up cash??? They have been running on average a negative cash flow of -$1.5M every year for 5 years. Invest in production??? CDC loses money every single year!!!! As for debt, they have lost -$21M over the last 5 years and raised over $22M over that same time, this sale will be more cash burnt.
