cjax2 i know many are still saying "doom and gloom" in the UK and predicting further drops but if the current prices have got interest from the CHinese to be buying up in UK i'd say its bottomed out.
remember "experts" were claiming oil was going to be $200 a barrel mid 09 and interest rates in AU will be well over 10% sucking in some people to fix them. Were these experts right? ...these are the same people now claiming UK realestate has a further drop
