In terms of vaccine testing keeping up with infection testing, I was referring to most of the world countries today that are not keeping up with needed testing (not ANZ).

Its not about rigour but current demand vs additional vaccine demands on the same testing chains n labs. As u said, we have to see how it plays out as the need to vaccinate Billions+ pop is unprecedented.
