Everybody who COmpass owes money to is classified as a creditor, which includes Ya Global. If you wanted to be counted as a creditor then there was some process that you had to go through FH to get to that. The commitee was formed from the very first creditors meeting, people were voted in as representatives to form the committee of creditors
