The reality is that for many people an electric car will be everything plus more than they could need/want, they should buy and revel in their knowledge that the extra money will not be spent by them to feed the big fuel sellers.
If carbon credit gains don’t add up at this point in time it doesn’t matter as they, as buyers are supporting the companies in this field and they/we will hopefully get better EV’s quicker is my way I see it.
Those who need the convenience/reliability that FF provides at this moment don’t have a choice, surely all points of the compass understand that many cannot even consider EV’s as they aren’t capable of cutting it for their needs.
It isn’t about one or the other at this PIT but we can always argue about the $ value of either option and the carbon factor of each!
