The use of iron oxide nanoparticles injected into the bloodstream has been around for many years , there is even use of them as a contrast agent , the big question is going to be the quality of the image's produced . IBX SPION's are unique due to there uniform size and the tag receptors that are used to bond to the cancer cells. Safe use of these is least of my worries as fe 203 has been shown to be excreted from the body in the natural process.
