Hey there i don't like working I picked me up some at 13 cents in March they are 6 baggers , the truth of the matter we either issue options or spend cash ( which in turn leads to cap raise and some dilution ) either way you need to spend money to make money , some of the spend is a neccessary evil as in the way the European union works ie ( Deutsche Gesellschaft Fur Wertpapieranalyse GMBH ) KC does not speak German or Czech and would not know all the intricacies of the European systems and grant oppertunities and the processes to achieve the goals . The RK equity is a very interesting one , EMH has only one direct employee ie KC himself we are now trading across 4 continents and as such requires marketing on each of their soils , I suspect USA listing was a direct consequence of our involvement with RK Equity and they the will bring many USA investors on board . Their direct relationship with Piedmont is why PLL has a $550 million market cap ( where will be heading in the very near future ) . Wait til the 12th Dec our AGM and I suspect Howard Klein will now be talking about EMH in his podcasts , which will be his options worth their weight in gold , Options for them were a great incentive to do their marketing magic . RK Equity is across the whole USA market and is well respected and followed there . Considering , we may not need cap raise even for capex ( ie fully funded soft loans from Europe ) a few extra shares here or there is of no consequence of where the EMH share price will head , I am tipping less than 200 mil shares when we get into production , besides don't forget we actually get some cash when these options are paid for . Bring on the blue sky when all these guys produce their results .
