no mate pls dont recommend any REIT, and that too IOF is a falling knife, u can get below 10 cents, pls do not touch.
We have not seen major downturn in australia still.
Tiger--> I can recommend any agri (we need food)/ telecom (if u lose job, we need to make phone calls, internet browsing etc) / basic utlities (water, electricity, gas).
Anything associated with this pls let us know, we can all go for profit.
