Who has informed you "not to panic"??
Short term trading strategies rely upon minimising losses, by selling if the price declines past your stop/loss. That is not panicing, it is trading.
If you are a long term investor, you may be happy to hold regardless of price, if so dont even look at the short term price.
I put the share price decline down to exchange rate changes and concerns about oversupply/pricing of IVIG.
The Telecris acquisition, if/when approved should help pricing/margin concerns.
