just got off the phone with the company secretary.

The basis of the court case is this.

Other Guy says to MLS a few years ago, here i sell you this dirt and theres a pot of gold on there. But when the company looks, and theres no such thing the other guy, says, look sorry for inconveniencing you, oh, the pot of gold is not here, is way over there on someone elses tenament, but, i dont really want these, so for your trouble, how about i just sign them over to you for nothing.

So they get the lawyers, both sides, all agree, all nod heads, and sign it over. Transfer of tenaments complete.
And part of that documentation, was that the other guy had to request to the minister of mines, please sir, transfer my tenaments to mls.

Now a few years later, MLS discover that there is in fact uranium there, and value.

So, the indian giver, comes back and says, that the minister of mines shouldn't have handed them over, even though i asked him to. That is his case.

So the minister of mines is going to be called in, and will that bring him, to renew the tenaments, to top of his pile???

Anywy, there is a hearing next friday.

I asked how my suggestion for the placement of options was going, and it was well recieved by the directors, who own options themselves, and is said, that it is not close enough to the expirey to proceed for now, but will be under consideration.

And as to any merrit of the court case, also said, company remains of the firm belief from their lawyers it is baseless, although, said many things are worked out tot he cheapest alternative on the steps of the court room.

Ie, wouldnt suprise to see a pay off to get things cleared up.

    cheers
