Yes- date of notification 24 Nov (see https://www.marketindex.com.au/directors-transactions) BUT sale could have been as early as 17 Nov (5 business days to let ASX know i.e. 24 Nov was the deadline). As I understand it, that makes the sale just makes the deadline for selling before major announcements. And it is 'director selling period'
