Lots of people in this at 30c+ then the more recent 6c and 8c spikes, so plenty of people unhappy there for starters. Then the 2019 'shipping' mess-up with many things not organised in the order as you might expect to do as a project manager - think road etc - that seems important and with Hydro Tas was always going to be drawn out as they are allegedly unabashed anti-mining leaning bureaucrats. String it out as long as possible. So sure, and to be fair, a number of headwinds in there, plus reduced staff last few years to keep cash burn down.
Then add in the interminable "very soon" on any deadline and naturally the BOD can be judged negatively and I think warned by the those numbers.
