ABSOLUTELY...& they have every intention of doing it and the Chinese will be quite ok with it...this is a spat for the world to see.... Who knows when...but Kevin Rudd is already employed to certail damage...I hated him as a politician...but he commands a lot of knowledge when it comes to speaking high mandarin along with their thought & cultural processes....I would never have thought Fraser became best mates with Whitlam ...but for Abbot to suggest Rudd to go in for damage over load...well there you go...first brick laid for a renewal of ties...its an interesting space.....
