well the way this is trading shareholders are at full mercy of the directors. i hope these guys are ethical or they could really make a mess of things with the sp so low.
bugger all shares on issue at present, 149 million. as a holder id prefer they sell off UK/US operations and do something like south africa rather than dilution at these prices.
