    Looked like a good update.

    Plenty of cash $19.8m to cushion against adverse conditions and to set up new sites and grow the business.

    They stated " 1st quarter sales performance for the current financial year is our strongest ever result for both entities "

    Given that they cleared the books last year this year's results should be good.

    They also made mention of the properties maybe there will be a revaluation . Hopefully on the upside.
