The share sale Facility is not underwritten. It would have been disclosed if it was. Underwriting was not required. The Facility is simply a mechanism/scheme for those thousands of Mums and Dads who are holding less-than-marketable parcels to offload them on-market and to do so without paying brokerage.

Now that the acceptance date has closed the final total number of shares to be sold on behalf of those v.small holders is ~7.4m shares. This will be done on-market by the appointed broker.

It doesn't have anything to do with AF's changing of holding announcement today. It also won't have anything to do with that 9.45m sell order currently sitting there @9c.
