    Multiple announcements to the ASX pertaining to the issue of 89969 shares to an unidentified person or persons or company
    in return for a sales channel?
    Who is it? Why aren't they named? Why the secrecy?
    I'm dumbfounded that the ASX has let SPA do this.
    Am I missing something here?
