take note of all the VARs listed in the article that resell webex calling. When the new webex calling platform was released dubber was not yet available. From memory it didn’t occur until November 2019 and then we weren’t on the price list yet which made it harder for VARs to resell to protect. Also we are now part of teams of late and IBM will ramp up implementations and AI with dubbers tech. It just moves slowly but it’s coming together fast.
