Maybe for prep of Management/Board reports on a weekly basis, prep of Half Yearly, Quarterly and Annual Reports, liaising with Auditors as well as printers for production of the Annual report.
It would go on and on - you can only cut costs so far with a listed Company.
The new Company Secretary has that role in about eight ASX Companies so she's about one morning a week person for MLX at best.
I'm sure the Dragon Mining/Tanami Gold CFO, Daniel Broughton wouldn't be able to handle a third ASX Company.
At the end of the day, I think they could be looking to scale-up to one large Company that has Renison(maybe even buy the other half from that HK listed company), interest in the Tanami mine with NST as operator and the 100% owned Dragon Mining gold mines in Sweden/Finland - it might be able to then attract some institutional money. It's all speculation but sale of Nifty could be the trigger for such a move.
