I'm not sure if the AGM includes Merchant Group holdings. I was put back from that during the AGM. The sub noticed includes both though.
I gotta say everyone seems to be taking this well. I got a little crucified when I said this would happen and that Merchant were trading. Sub notice shows the truth.
I'm going to have to look at what the share issue that was cancelled was. I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
