    At current GIB price:
    5m shares @ 0.14 = 700k
    5m options @ 0.14 - 0.9 strike = 250k

    So another ~1m of cash equivalent/liquidity (yes, subject to vesting period of course).

    +300k settlement.

    Not bad at all.
