In my opinion, no rule was breached and I hope the ongoing discussion is just about subscribers numbers. In this case, ASX needs more clarification about the subscription process. Although the price can be dropped after opening, it can be recovered.
I am just worried about the last question which was not answered extensively by the company. They may need to find another partner quickly ...
