Over 300m shares to be issued to AS and Insto before retail holders. I believed retail holders will get the right issues 2 weeks after. Both issued at 36c. I have no worry with retail holders. But instos had a reputation of dump their shares right after issued shares eligible to trade. If not for a delay, these issued shares will be dumped on-market by this Friday. Due to delay there's still time for retail holders to cautiously think. Otherwise everyone would have been dragging along as usual
