It is a bit far back in the thread but the difference in the risk with Galoc is the effect on the company - Situation may be different now with the OEL raising but...
Up to this point OEL were broke and any Galoc downtime resulted in the bankers to GPC asking for cash from OEL (which they did not have - 2x$1.6 Million payments).
The same downtime for NDO was just a delay in receiving their payment for the oil, dissapointing for sure but not threatening the survival of the company.
I'm sure you can see this difference.
