- Target an annual aggregate dividend payout of 15%-30% of free cash flow for each

- Subject to a minimum net cash balance of A$100M (after payment of any dividend)
- A$65.7M in Franking Credits1
- Anticipate inaugural dividend declared for 6 month period ended 31 December
- Dividend reinvestment plan to be established
