Good post, I have raised similar issues previously re the CR SPP not well timed and a hefty %. I cannot find anywhere in the SPP document that this will be capped at 3m, which obviously what we would prefer and not find out a few days leading into Xmas the SPP was oversubscribed and at the Company discretion was raised to 5m 7m 10m. They have done it before. That would certainly tank SP.
Hence I can’t see them making any $ Ann’s prior to this SPP being finalised. Would make them look a Weebit?, announce a fab or partnership and the SP will be undermined by all the 1.70 shares being given away.
I agree coming into Xmas we may see no announcements, no upside to SP and punters walking away.
