Thanks for the information Bear and the graphs, very helpful indeed. I especially like that their debt is not due to 2013 also, and that 80% of their rents are fixed.....nice one.

Maybe you can shed some light on their European counterparts? I understand that the debts in Australia have been worked out.....but what about their European lenders? Are they not still working through that?

Also what in esscence was the problem with scarborough all about? The one that caused the 40% drop.

How do you feel about next week re VPG? (useless question I know)
