IMO seller is options holder
for example only !>> if i have 1.5mio options i will need $1.5mio to exercise it by 28.03 @$1 and if don't have finances ready atm = i would sell 500k @$3 = $ 1.5mio to exercise my options which gives me 3x more ord. shares.
I would do the same - BUT !!!am not not that lucky = unfortunetely i am not the options holder:(
