There are 2 large sellers now.
I have 2m CXO shares too, and if you want to sell that many you don't put them all up at once, particularly when the stock doesn't trade that many shares per day.
The only reasons I can think of would be:
a) you have never sold a large parcel of shares before.
b) you want to keep a lid on the price.
It's a great opportunity to buy 4m shares if you have the coin. There isn't much above it.
