There is a point, new stock not issued yet..... but lets say you held a million shares (just because its a round number) and you picked up 500,000 for 23c in the raise.

If you were happy to keep your holding at a 1000,000 units and book a profit you could sell 500,000 of the stock you already hold in the high 20s knowing you would soon be effectively reimbursed the new issue stock at 23c.

Keeping your holding at 1000,000 units but giving you Xmas money for doing nothing more than a couple of phone calls.

Good work if you can get it. And the rich get richer...

Still Im not one to quibble over peanuts, what we can do with the newly raised cash will far outweigh any little pause in share price appreciation as some of the SIs take their little profits.

We need the money to drill the heck out of all the good targets we have and any day it will be in DEVs account.
