Shellbell I will as a "rusted-on faithful" shed some light on this statement by the company for you....

"low cost gold production" means you cannot mine gold more cheaply than when you have shallow open-cut access. We have a shallow open-cut mine.

"toll treatment agreements with regional processing plants delivering low capital intensity production." - assuming because we are not privy to such negotiations, we probably wouldn't have needed any capital, to get the toll treatment started.
We would have needed bridging capital or 60/90 day accounts for the digging of ore and trucking component.
The sale of gold will pay for the aforementioned on a rolling basis.
Nice to only need little capital for production which is quickly returned within a month or two.
Of course when we have our on-site plant it will improve the economics but in the meantime the numbers are fine by paying our way with gold which we have in abundance. No need to put our hands in our pockets at all, maybe just bridging capital for a month or two.
That is low capital intensity production at its best.

    Hope that is helpful.
