I agree with you. This isn't your regular mining scenario and I reckon this is a genuine accumulation due to Bruce looking after SH by not going over the top with the CR. Therefore, anybody that didn't get their allocation now has to buy on market.
The other sign that this isn't a P&D is that the CR stock hasn't taken the SP back to 18c. If the market didn't see the value in VRX, we'd surely be back to CR prices.
The biggest hurdle VRX had to overcome was Native title and Mining Licence. They're now both in the bag. Next will be enviromental approvals which could be state and federal, but should be only almost be a lay down misere.

And @whiteox be careful as to who you ask for advice on here at HC. Not everybody here is on your side. Actually, most people aren't on anyone's side whatsoever.
