The Sale of your BNBG to "a" party will result in X dollars being paid to you. This will result in a minimal payment ot yourself (using delisted.com you have to pay them) tehreby legally allowing you to utalise your tax loss.

Why are people like myself offering to purchase the notes, this is due to being of the belief that some value still exists in the notes.
