Was thinking Fidelity don't have enough of a position to contest it and it would just be a great investment / trade for them. If they were buying at market I'd suggest that there could be a problem but they have not bought a share since the CR.
EcoPro I'm not sure about, their priority is to have a supply no matter who is the owner and it may suit them not having to front up $100m capital for the plant.
