Poster obviously has no idea about Thunderbird at all, and precious little about min sand deposits in general. They didn;t even realise assemblage mattered or that different deposits have different mineral assemblages. Hugely embarrassing when the penny finally dropped and they stopped trying to argue that huge tonnes at 5% THM had to be world class. Just banging on about THM like all deposits were the same lol. Needless to say, went very quiet after i started drilling down into actual in-ground revenue per tonne, LTR to remove chromite contamination from what little ilmenite there is, skinny to non-existent operating margins as a result of low VHM etc. Not surprising some people get bitter after making such fools of themselves....

SFX has done a lot of feasibility studies to prove it's high worth, ultimately trimming down the capex to something less risky for a JV partner. Then covid came early this year and scared off the JV partner they lined up, now we lock-in another JV partner China starts an ugly trade war. Bad luck is bad luck if China causes the deal to fall over.... as simple and obvious as that.
