ok...just make sure whatever advice you get on hc you remain aware self interest and poor quality investment knowledge is rife...one mans research can vary from another.. where 1 person sees opportunity another sees danger...
I am probably the wrong person to give advice as I have a very long term focus and invest now for the prices in 5+ years...I generally look for emerging companies, with little or no debt, don't get a lot of HC chatter, good mgmt, not yet followed by brokers etc etc......I don't care if they pay no divs at the time I buy in... probably not the right stuff for your mum.
