Yes fast track designation being one of the first steps and we need to be happy about that however I tried to find out when Ryoncil for GVHD in children was also given fast track designation and it seems to have been ages ago.
Many more steps were to follow and we are still not quite there with Ryoncil through no fault of our dedicated team. More patience required I suspect.
This strange year has flashed past but in Mesoblast land every day feels like week and waiting with the highest expectations for the results that we are sure to have in time feels like waiting for Christmas as a kid - painfully slow.
Regarding roll out of ARDS treatment, SI has said in interviews if approved they are ready to go with at least some stock and sales staff. Who gets it first? Well that will be one to watch, the waiting list will be very long indeed.
