They will need to come up with a bloody good reason for it. Surely GS must be concerned about the negative impacts on EDE and his management by this continual approach to shareholders for money?.Now, if there's a huge order requiring extension of production capacity, OK. But if not..? Then it's time for a change. A 10:1 consolidation can't be far off.
