Hopefully this is a wake up call for management at RDS that they need to tread carefully with the finite monetary resources that they have available. Basaiclly, $1m and a minimum potential of $2.5m investment from the private equity firm (for an 80% right of bagleys). I think this is the last throw of the dice for the company as shareholders...
