When i originally bought in I was attracted to SPT being a tech company as opposed to finance company. 1. This provided SPT what i thought would be a competitive advantage in partnering with the establishment (banks and credit cards). Now it's a bit of a free for all 2. Less risk of bad debts which was worrying a lot of investors earlier in the year... now to a lesser extent. 3. Regulatory risk was less than other BNPL.... however ASIC report turned out to be a bit of a toothless tiger for now. 4. Potential to contract out the tech like they have with QF... now competition here too (limepay/ HUM-DOU partnership. 5. M&A target opportunity .... probably more attractive now. As you can see above my list of competitive advantages for SPT is fast wearing thin... What am I missing as far as competitive advantages SPT maintains over the other BNPL?
