I've been trying to derive a valuation for the business but with all the capital raisings it is really hard to pin down the number of outstanding shares.

I can't recall coming across a company with a more fluid capital structure.

Do you know how many issued shares there actually are (before Eldrige's commitment to the %5.25m second tranche of funding, as announced on 30 November)?

I will contact the company secretary for clarity tomorrow, but if you [*] can tell me now then I will be able to continue my valuation exercise tonight.
