If it was a signed deal then NDO would have an obligation to let the market know wouldnt they?

AND

If they have a partner in the pipeline and they release this info to the market before signing, the partner then has an opportunity to screw us as we have become obligated because of the JV release to the market.

Am I making sense? Why would they tell us, if its not signed, sealed, delivered.

This is all IMO ofcourse.

I think that the less we know the better, but as long as they do keep it as a priority as I am pretty sure it would be.
