That's right. It's going to be interesting on how the share price performs after 7th of December and on wards. If the price retracts back to the $1 mark by mid to end of December, then there's good chance insiders will be trading the company on the basis they got the tender. Once news gets released to the market the support level might move to that $1-$1.20 highs.
On the other hand if it looses the tender then it will remain 60-80c range until next quarter.
