So Sportech has a market cap of $100M AUD and we are offering $56M for a portion of the business.
The counter offer was $60.4M for the entire business.
So we are offering overs for that portion.
Why would they accept $4M more, but lose the entire business. When they can sell a portion for $4M less and keep the other parts?
