You are gamed! Knowing sellers are keen on every pop and this company is still trying to survive. The bill in the US is only sent to the lower house. And even if it passes, the upper house would not. And even if it is passed, other companies in the US and Canada will dominate the market. Elixinol is now outsourcing all its production so I just don't see much margin to cover for their expenses. In two more quarters, unless their sale is more than doubled, CR is looming again and it won't be at 17c.

The SPP is in the money. I am curious about their announcement today about the SSP. I tried to toy with it by accessing the online form but it rejected me. Officially I am eligible as I held shares on the SPP record date (I sold all shares later) but Atomic Group had a buggy system so it failed. I think by the time of the closing date, the share price is not much in the money.
