With the finance announcement - proposed to occur in April - due shortly (decision on funding source) any idea on value this would add to the company, assuming the positive decision?

Speculation is anywhere from the $2 mark and up to $4 (at this stage) ~ added value, however i'd rather be convinced by some calcs.

The value-adding aspect is a positive for aus / aus exports, let alone employment growth, e.t.c.
