Wow. You have a very low opinion of Millennials. If a product is good, people will use it. It's not about loyalty. If a product is not good enough, then people won't use it. It is that simple.
if zip's product can't sustain, then it'll fail. If it can't differentiate itself from other BNPL, it'll also fail. If it fails to market to create exposure, it'll fail. But the growth in customers has proven otherwise. They can also determine how much "loyalty" there is by assessing customer pool vs transaction volumes, which has shown it is steady.
we will see what happens next year with Klarna ramping up, and PayPal starting to become more exposed.
