In addition, by the time all the oppies are exercised there will be closer to 500m shares on issue so it's really closer to 5%. The 26m performance shares equates to $2.6m of current value and they have nearly achieved 500% return since March. If they get this to $1b+, I for one will be happy to give them a nice sizeable bonus on the way to handing in my resignation at work!!
