I don't know what all this kerfuffle is about the date, it's pretty simple really. The report sandy linked to was Nov 13, and it was on a Shell Oil Co webpage, and is not a Nido report at all, and is far from misleading.

Now this date coincides with what Nido told its holders at an earlier date last year. That is, we are hopeful of securing a major partner by years end. Without mentioning candidates, of course.

Logically then, the simple minded and the impatient should take it that the Shell Oil Co is indeed a candidate for a JV.

Given that they have said so in writing on their own web page.

Naturally, Nido need not say anything until the ink is dry on the contract, yet we have all this waffle demanding them to fess up.
